From Instagram App in Mobile
Step 1: Open Instagram
Step 2: Tap on your Profile Icon

Step 4: Tap on Your Activity
Final Step: Tap On Likes
You can also sort from liked Reels and Posts.
From PC/Web
Step 1: Open Instagram and Login to your Instagram account
Step 2: Click on More in the left section
Step 3: Click on Your Activity
Step 4: Click on Interactions section
Step 5: Click on Likes.
Now you can watch your liked instagram reels and posts and can also Sort & filter them to arrange them by period of time.

How to find Saved Reels on Instagram?
Apart from liking your favorite reels, you can also save them, so that you do not face any problem in finding them later. Here’s the step by step process to find saved posts and reels in Instagram:
1. First of all, you have to open the Instagram app
2. Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right
3. Tap on the menu icon on the top right
4. Tap on Saved
From Here, You can view the reels you have saved.
How to Hide Liked Reels on Instagram?
The liked reels feed is very useful for you to find reels to re-watch later, but sometimes we may have to hide some liked reels for privacy or to keep our profile clean.
Although there is no option to hide Liked reels, This is my personal trick to hide Liked Reels from Instagram:
By following the steps given above, go to Liked Reels section and open the reel you want to hide from there.
And after opening it, press the like button again to remove the like from the video, so that it will be hidden from your liked reels section.
What to Do When You Can’t Find Liked Reels On Instagram: Troubleshooting
Can’t find your liked Reels on Instagram? I know this is very frustrating issue, also happenedd with me! But don’t worry, you can try these steps try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Verify First
First of all, ensure that you are searching for Liked reels at the right place, You have to go to your Instagram profile > Three Dots Icon > Your Activity > Interactions > Likes.
Many times, due to confusion, we get confused in the Saved section instead of Liked Reels.
2. Check for Updates
If you are an Android user, then go to Google Play Store and search for Instagram, if there is any update available, then update it.
And if you are an iPhone user, then you can update Instagram by going to the App store.
3. Restart Instagram
Sometimes a simple app restart can clear temporary glitches.
For this, you will first have to close Instagram by pressing the Home button and remove it from the Recent Apps section, which is available in bottom 3 navigations on your mobile.
If your Liked Reels section is still not visible then try this fix:
4. Clear Cache
Now you will have to clear the cache of Instagram:
On Android
Step 1: Open Settings on your mobile
Step 2: Scroll down to find Applications (Where all the installed apps are)
Step 3: Find Instagram and tap on it
Step 4: Tap Storage or Cache
Step 5: Tap on Clear cache
And then try to Find Liked Reels section in Instagram
On iPhone
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Instagram and then find and click on the Clear Cache button.
5. Check for account limitations
If you’ve recently changed your privacy settings or received a temporary ban, it might limit your ability to view certain content.
So you will have to wait until that temporary ban is removed.
6. Contact Instagram Support
If even after using all these methods, the Liked reels section does not open in your Instagram app, then you will have to talk to Instagram Support about it.
